Short term rent. How to reserve a property

The fact of sending us the signal reserve, means that client read and accepted these conditions:

♦ People in the House, can not exceed than specified in the contract. Each rental housing belongs to a individual owner, what means that each leasing contract will be unique for each house, and with the stipulated conditions of its owner. Ask if they admit pets. Before taking a decision, we will send you the contract. Don't hesitate to contact us.
 
♦ The tenant must respect the neighbours and the community Rules of the owners. If you breach this conditions, Holidays & Sun (Mª Noemí Pérez Pérez) or owner, reserve the right immediately to suspend or terminate your rental contract with or without previous notice. In this case, Holidays & Sun (Noemí Pérez Pérez) or Owner, are not obligated to refund the rest of the rent paid by the tenant.
Holidays & Sun is not responsible for the situations outside the housing, such as noise, works and other.
 

How to book the property

We send you the lease contract with your data, of the propety, the rental period cotracted and the bank account for the payments.

The reservation will be 35% or 50% of the total rental price. When we receive the reservation, we will send you the receipt with the amount received. The last payment will be made the arrival day in cash or 30 days before by bank transfer. It's forbidden to send money from "offshore banks"

 

•The rental includes

Accommodation, cleaning arrival day, welcome detail, bed and bath linen. The use of communal areas like garden, swimming pool, garage or other common areas that the urbanization could have.

 

•Hand over the keys to the tenant and damage deposit ("Fianza" in Spanish)

On the arrival day we will be waiting for you with the contract and the keys, we'll review with you the house and will write down if there is any damage.

Damage deposit in cash unless you have sent it by bank transfer. It will be returned in the same way that we received it on the last day after checking. The property and furnishings have to be in the same condition as the arrival day. In case your departure is outside the hours between 8:30 am to 20:30 pm, we refund you be by bank transfer within a maximum period of 1 week.

•Damages caused by the tenant

When the tenant do damage to housing or their furnishings, they will pay them before the departure and can be deduct of the deposit.
