Holiday rental conditions

The fact of sending us the signal reserve, means that client read and accepted these conditions:

♦ People in the House, can not exceed than specified in the contract. Each rental housing belongs to a individual owner, what means that each leasing contract will be unique for each house, and with the stipulated conditions of its owner. Ask if they admit pets. Before taking a decision, we will send you the contract. Don't hesitate to contact us.
♦ The tenant must respect the neighbours and the community Rules of the owners. If you breach this conditions, Holidays & Sun (Noemí Pérez Pérez) and owner, reserve the right immediately to suspend or terminate your rental contract with or without previous notice. In this case, Holidays & Sun (Noemí Pérez Pérez), is not obligated to return the amount of rent paid by the customer.
Holidays & Sun is not responsible for the situations outside the housing, such as noise, works and other.
♦ Customer can cancel the holiday booking at any time. The fact of payment 100% reserve signal, means that the housing has been booked for you and also implies that the customer has read and agreed the penalties listed below for the cancellation. If the customer haven't pay the 100% reserve signal, we not return the money if cancel of reservation.
  • Since the day of payment the bank account of Mª Noemí Pérez Pérez, until 70 days before entrance, the customer will loose 10% of the total amount of reservation.
  • Between 69 and 43 days before to the date of entrance, will loose: 25% of the total amount of reservation
  • 42 days or less before the date of entrance, will loose: 100% of the total amount of reservation

The cancellation notice must be sent in writting dated by e-mail Always shall be the same information with those that the reservation was made.

How to book a holiday home

To formalize the firm reserve, you need to pay 35% of the total rent amount through bank transfer or otherwise made available by the owners. Send us your bank statement or its picture to mail. We will send you an e-mail with the confirmation of your rental reservation. The rest of the amount, you must pay it in cash when we deliver you the keys, at the time, we will sign the contract in the rented housing. 


•The payment of rent includes:


Economical use of electricity, and an average use of water (except express exception in contract), and gas (if there is any), clean bedding, clean bath towels, a clean house on arrival and other departure dates of your stay. It the house has garden and swimming pool, the maintenance is also included, further by the tenant enjoyment 
•Hand over the keys to the tenant and deposit
With the delivery of keys you must pay a deposit of 40% in cash of the total rent amount or whatever stipulate in the contract the owner. The exact amount and the contract, will send by mail before you make the transfer of the reserve. This deposit will be returned in cash the last day of the contracted period, except if the departure is outside the contemplated hours from 9:00. am to 12:00h am. In this case, we will refund the deposit by bank transfer within a maximum period of 1 week.
•Prices modification in the Holidays & Sun website
Holidays & Sun website is constantly updated, however, in the event of any error or variation in the conditions or prices of the rental agreement prevail, we sent to the customer by mail before the arrival at the House, when you will sign it.
•Damage and defects caused by the customer
When the customer causes damage to housing and their belongings, they will be paid before the departure and the owner can deduct them of the deposit.
Holidays & Sun will call the customer for payment
