Cancellation

Tenant can cancel the reservation at any time.
Each property has its especific lease contract with the conditions of its Owner. María Noemí Pérez Pérez in no case is responsible for the actions of the Owners.

 

The fact of payment 100% reservation, means that the housing has been booked for you in your dates and also implies that the customer has read and agreed the penalties listed below for the cancellation. If the tenant haven´t pay the 100% of reservation, the property is not booked and the tenant loses the amounts delivered.
  • Since the day of payment in the bank account of Mª Noemí Pérez Pérez, until 91 days before of the arrival date, the tenant will loose 20% of the total amount of the rental-price more transfer bank costs.
  •  Cancellations made 90 days or less before the arrival date, the tenant will lose 100% of the total amount paid.

A cancellation is firm at the time that Holidays & Sun - Mª Noemí Pérez Pérez, is notified in writing by e-mail to holidayssun@yholidayssun.com or WhatsApp at +34 607 18 44 41 and the tenant receives confirmation of receipt of cancelation by the same means.

Always shall be the same data which the reservation was made (name, email or WhatsApp).
